A large 4 bedroom home was required on a tight back yard site that had been cut from a larger property.
A series of courtyards were established and the slope of the site was used to elevate the living areas and maximise north sun.
Dramatic cathedral ceilings reach up to frame views of the sky and large existing trees, and give relief from the fences and buildings on all sides.
The two separate wings of the building can be divided to form 2 smaller houses with their own private gardens.
